Airwheel is well known as a scooter-maker both at home and abroad. Actually, it is a bit obscure story that Airwheel was established not as a scooter-producing firm in the beginning. It was in the year of 2013 that Airwheel made an important and bold decision to enter the already-competitive market for scooter. Then, the main scooter baron such as Segway had gained a relatively widespread acceptance in USA and even in other countries like Eurozone. Faced with such fierce competition, challenge and opportunity, Airwheel got round host of difficulties by its own, finally to make something of itself in the whole sector.
What makes for Airwheel’s roaring success? And what makes of its gains and achievements? These success, honour, and popularity should be owed to its service and design notion. In Airwheel, it was firmly believed that the success of a brand and popularity of a product were based on likes or dislikes of customers. The feedbacks, either positive or negative, were much of use and importance to any enterprise. Just because Airwheel woke up to this fact, it made a big splash in the sector. At the same time, Airwheel relentlessly went for the notion of being eco-friendly and user-friendly. This implied that Airwheel started to set its feet on the right path to fame and success.
From the day of entry into this sector on, Airwheel has gone through three years’ development and improvement. It has rolled out three series—X-, Q, S- and A-series. X3 and X8 belong to X-series. X3 is hailed as the classic model in the sector. Through stopples refinement, X-series culminated in X8. Q-series was invented to cater for the demand of ease of use. A good many users complained its hardship of X-series. Therefore, Q-series came into being against the background. To further enhance the popularity and the market share, Airwheel released 2-wheeled electric scooter—S-series and A-series. The widespread application of Airwheel S3 and S5 set S-series apart from other products in the whole market, whereas A3 makes it possible to connect scooter into the phone.
